Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We offer domestic shipping only. Standard shipping is 5-10 business days using USPS. Shipments will go out Wednesday-Friday. In order to provide our customers fair rates, we charge $5.95 for totals under $75. Orders over $75 receive free shipping.
We will process your online order within 48 hours given all items are in stock. We do our best to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but occasionally items do sell out. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email. Orders with sold out items will either be voided and the purchase refunded, or the amount of that item will be credited back to the original card, and the order will be sent partially fulfilled, per the customer’s wishes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
We understand that not everything you purchase will be the perfect fit for you. Full-priced items returned within 14 days of the original purchase date will be refunded for the original price back to your credit card. Of course, we expect that these items are returned in unused condition. Please note that all Sale & Vintage items are final sale.
If you are returning by mail, please send us an email to notify us of your issues and when to expect your package at email@example.com. Return credit will be issued within 5-7 business days from when we receive your return in our shop. Return credit is for purchase price only. Shipment fees are not refundable. Also, as best practice, please insure any items you’re shipping and get tracking information! It’s our responsibility to get your purchase to you; it’s yours to get it back to us.
We are happy to make exchanges whenever possible. Everything that’s applicable to Returns applies to Exchanges too. Please make your exchange within 10 days of the original purchase date and please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
We do not sell or share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online store, we request your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address, and credit card information. We ask that you provide this information so that we can process and ship your order. We encourage you to sign-up for our email list. Our email notifications provide you with advanced notice of sales, new merchandise, and other news from 1630. You have the freedom to add or remove your name from our email list at any time.
1630 takes your privacy and security seriously. We have taken every precaution to secure your privacy to protect against the theft.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold 1630 Boston LLC. harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.
